Bond was set at $75,000 for the man accused of illegally entering Kid Rock’s Independence Township property last week.

Brian Duane Keith, 43, was arraigned Tuesday morning. He is charged with second-degree attempted home invasion and two counts of malicious destruction of property. Damages to Kid Rock’s security gate, garage and residence are estimated to be in excess of $29,000, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. All three counts are felonies, and each are punishable by up to five years in prison.
